Most likely, your first meeting will be with a lender. I can guide you to trustworthy local lenders, who are able to provide good rates, solid loan programs, and great customer service. Believe me, having a good lender on your side is imperative.

 

Once you have spoken to a lender and found a price range you're comfortable with, we will meet to go over the purchase process. During this meeting, we will review a purchase contract and discuss many items such as earnest money, a closing timeline, attorney options, inspections, different costs and much more. Of course, we will also discuss your questions, wants and needs.
